The hydraulic cylinder manufacturing process includes raw material processing, precision component machining, assembly and finished product inspection. The precision of each procedure determines the stability, sealing performance and service life of cylinders.
-
Raw Material Preprocessing:
Honed tubes and piston rod blanks are cut to length, inspected and flaw-tested.
-
Precision Machining:
Cylinder barrels are honed; piston rods are ground, chrome-plated and polished. Pistons, end caps and other parts are CNC machined with tight tolerances.
-
Cleaning & Assembly:
Metal residues are thoroughly removed from all parts. Seals and guide components are installed for cylinder assembly.
-
Performance Testing:
Each cylinder passes pressure test and reciprocating inspection to avoid internal leakage, external leakage and stuttering.
-
Surface Treatment & Shipment:
Qualified products are anti-rust treated, labeled and packed before delivery.
Besides production, standardized customized service is essential. Integrated procedures including drawing confirmation, technical review, production scheduling and order tracking reduce communication errors and ensure on-time delivery.
